Returns

At Allarasi, we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. A request for a return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item.

Conditions
Please ensure the item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused for any return. We cannot accept items with makeup residue, stains, or perfume smells. If any of this happens, we will not gonna be able to make a return.

Shipping
Shipping costs involved in a return process will not be covered by Allarasi. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. However, if we made an error with your order—such as sending the wrong color, size, or product—we will cover the shipping costs. We strive to ensure this doesn’t happen so you can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Return Process

1-. Send an email to contact@allarasi.com with the subject line: "RETURN."

2-. Include your name and order number in the email.

3-. Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to provide the address where you should send the package.

4-. You have 5 business days from the time we send you this information to ship the package.

5-. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product within 5 business days and begin processing your refund.
